Islam opposes any form of astrology that involves forecasting the future or believing in the stars.
The Prophet Muhammad was strongly against such beliefs about Zodiac Signs. He said that
“Anyone who visits a fortune teller and accepts what they say has denied the revelation sent to Muhammad.”
(Sunan Abu Dawood)
Permissible in Islam:
Wearing stones like Aqiq, Feroza, or Zamurd for medical or symbolic reasons (based on some Sahaba’s practices).
Not Permissible:

Believing they can change fate is shirk (a major sin).
